Station at Midvale

Project Overview

KIER Construction is wrapping up Phase I and II of the Station at Midvale Apartments on the corner of Center Square and Center Street in Midvale, Utah. The project consists of a single five story building containing 102 units. The apartments  consist of 1-, 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom units. In addition there is a laundry facility, leasing office, club room, and exercise facility. Phase II consists of one four-story building with 80 units.

The Owner of this new affordable living environment is Horizon Development. The designer is Architecture Belgique.
