KIER Construction has moved onto the site of the Promontory Place Apartments which stand at the 50% completion mark with a new Owner. This projects consists of 5-stories of residential over 2-stories of parking. Promontory Place will add 175 affordable units to the North Temple corridor along with a few exciting amenities.
