Project Overview
This new community is comprised of 13 studio units, 91 one-bedroom, one-bathroom units and 11 two-bedroom, two-bathroom units. Close to the TRAX line, and conveniently located within walking/biking distance of downtown Salt Lake, it is an ideal locale for fast-paced urban lifestyle students, singles and couples.
Designed by Architecture Belgique, North Sixth meets Enterprise Green criteria and carries an Energy Star version 3 rating. Interior amenities include a keyless security system, granite countertops, luxury vinyl flooring, sliding barn doors, French doors, LED lighting, high-efficiency water heaters and Low-E windows. Double trash chutes – one for waste and one for recycling – make it easier for residents to be environmentally conscious. Community spaces include a theater room, fitness room, recreation center with community kitchen, and study room. The ground floor includes mixed use office space.
The North Sixth Apartments are KIER’s second venture with Giv Development, LLC.
