Norfolk Apartments

Project Overview

For our northern neighbors – introducing the Norfolk Apartments, a new community coming to Caldwell, Idaho that will feature 72-units divided between 8 buildings. The living units feature 1, 2 & 3 bedrooms with patios and exterior storage. The site offers community garden beds, dog run, age specific play structures, basketball hoop and ample open space along with a combination of open, covered and garage parking. A separate bungalow style building offers a community room and exercise room for the residents as well as the onsite leasing office.
