Project Overview

Developed by Lotus Equities, this modern apartment facility is comprised of 4 ½ levels of 1- and 2-bedroom units above a two story parking structure. Designed by architect Eric Tuttle of Tuttle and Associates, this innovative project features an outdoor pool with amazing views, a roof plaza equipped with outdoor seating and barbecues, and a two-story landscaped wall. Each unit offers a garden tub with granite surround, and granite countertops in kitchens and baths.

Lotus won Utah Construction and Design Magazine’s Multi Family Project of the Year for 2013, and Associated Builder and Contractor’s 2013 Award of Excellence in the Multi-family $2 to $10 Million category.
