Project Overview
Liberty Gateway is Cowboy Partners new 6 story, 160 unit community that also includes a minor amount of retail. Located in the heart of Salt Lake City, residents can literally open their door for easy access to shopping, transit, restaurants, theaters, parks and all the amenities that the area has to offer.
Designed by d/Arch LLC, this modern lifestyle community is comprised of a mixture of studio, one and two bedroom market-rate apartments totaling 160 units. HUD Section 221 (d) (4) funding was utilized for this beautiful project.
Liberty Gateway is KIER’s fourth venture with Cowboy Partners.
