This showcase community is comprised of 177, one- and two-bedroom, market rate units. Apartment sizes range from 548 to 2,096 square feet. Common areas include a main lobby, corridors, Leasing/Manager office, community room, fitness center, meeting space and a café area.
This is KIER’s fifth endeavor with Cowboy Partners.
