Project Overview
KIER is proud to present, “Imagine Jefferson,” a multi-block, mixed use, affordable housing development located between 25th and 27th Street on or near Jefferson Avenue. The project includes three sites: the first is Weber Commons and the adjacent Portland Building incorporating 51 modern residences with areas for community classes, art studios, and three retail spaces; the second is a 6-plex known as the 27th Street Apartments; and third is the Belle House, a 3-plex designated “live work space” for local artists.
All three projects are designed to blend with the surrounding neighborhood while adding a new sense of style and urban charm. Each building utilizes tank-less water heaters, LED lighting, high-efficiency furnaces, low flow fixtures, dual-flush toilets, high-reflectivity roofing, low e-windows, and structural insulated panels.
