Project Overview
KIER completed the Belle House art space apartments in Ogden’s historic Jefferson Avenue district in October of 2013. The Belle House is just one part of Giv Development’s ambitious, “Imagine Jefferson,” multi block, mixed use, affordable housing project.
This spacious prairie style, 2- and 3-bedroom, 3-plex is equipped with stainless steel appliances, polished concrete floors, granite countertops, soaking tubs, tank-less water heaters, LED lighting, high efficiency furnaces, low-flow fixtures, and private garages.
Belle House was designed by AMD Architecture and is designated for local artists. This is all part of GIV Development’s master plan to rejuvenate Jefferson Avenue’s once thriving community.
