Project Overview

Imagine Jefferson’s 27th Street Apartments, like its counterparts, Weber Commons, Portland Building and Belle House, was conceived to rejuvenate an older area of central east Ogden. This unique 6-plex offers six different floor plans wrapped in a modern, urban envelope. New one-, two- and three-bedroom affordable apartments have been designed with an eclectic mix of raw and luxury finishes. Each unit boasts granite counter tops in the kitchen and bath, granite tub/shower surrounds, black appliances, tall ceilings, large closets and integrated garages, as well as sealed concrete floors and laminated veneer plywood stair treads.
