Grayson Apartments

Project Overview

The long awaited Grayson Apartment project in Blanding was designed by Architect, Harold Woodruff, and is KIER’s third endeavor with developer, Color Country Community Housing. Grayson is comprised of 30 townhome units and boasts an impressive Enterprise Green/Energy Star scope of work. GE “Geospring” super-efficient hybrid electric water heaters were utilized in the units along with PlyGem triple-pane, high performance vinyl windows. Real stone veneers and cementious siding add to the longevity of the buildings. Architect, Harold Woodruff’s, exterior design includes a rich, earth tone color pallet accompanied by natural textures that complement the surrounding native landscape. With fewer housing choices in rural areas, the Grayson Apartments is an extraordinary project that brings affordable, quality housing to the residents of Blanding, Utah, a.k.a. “the gateway to Utah’s Canyon Country.”
