Project Overview
The new Falcons Landing community will bring 60 affordable apartments to Mountain Home, Idaho. The project consists of 2, three-story buildings at 28,568 sf each, and a separate 2,655 sf clubhouse building. The KIER team began excavation in September of 2023.
