Project Overview
Canyon Crossing at Riverwalk is a HUD financed community that is changing the image of affordable housing. The contemporary design includes ACM metal panels, aluminum storefront breezeway glazing, floor to ceiling windows, granite countertops, spacious balconies, geothermal heating and cooling, as well as enhanced insulation in walls and ceilings.
This is one of the only apartment projects that has exceptionally large unit sizes including 36 – 4-bedroom apartments with a full master bedroom suite, and two additional full sized bathrooms. Families are also able to choose from 36 – 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom or 108 – 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom units.
The bar has been raised with Canyon Crossing at Riverwalk for all other affordable and market-rate multi-family projects.
