The 5th East Apartments is a new 75 unit permanent supportive housing project that will serve as a model to combat homelessness within Salt Lake City. The unit mix of 5th East will be composed of 75, one-bedroom units – all set aside for those who are homeless, with eight units set aside for those who are mentally ill.
