Project Overview
The 426 Apartments are the third and final phase of the First Step House block on 5th East in Salt Lake City. It will add 40 more units to aid those overcoming homelessness. First Step House is a specialized behavioral health treatment and housing provider. Their mission is to help people build lives of meaning, purpose, and recovery. KIER Construction completed Phase I, the Group Home for Veterans with behavioral issues in 2016. Phase II, the 5th East Apartments are nearing completion and will offer 75 one-bedroom units designed as Permanent Supportive Housing. KIER Construction is honored to be part of this much needed community.
