Project Overview

Situated between two of northern Utah’s premier ski resorts, Wolfcreek Resort is comprised of 64 condominium units. All associated streets and site improvements, as well as an 8,000 square foot check-in/sales building and separate laundry facility are also a part of this project. Remaining sensitive to the needs of the shareowners in the existing buildings at the resort is a constant priority, and the project was phased to accommodate these concerns.
