A strict schedule imposed by the owner became a very critical element to the success of both phases of this project. Reservations are accepted months prior to the completion of a building, and adequate time must be allowed for interior decorators and furnishings. Our ability to adhere to the most challenging of schedules is the primary reason why KIER was selected as construction manager for these luxury resorts. KIER completed Phase I in 2000 and Phase II was completed in June of 2006. The resort consists of 50 vacation units, pool building, and check-in, sales and laundry building.
