Project Overview

This Mediterranean-themed resort is situated at the southern end of the world-famous Las Vegas Strip and consists of 192 units in 6 buildings, as well as separate maintenance and laundry buildings. Each building includes four levels of time-share suites above a street level parking structure. The resort’s amenities include two courtyard areas, swimming pools, spa, outdoor children’s play area, basketball court, cabanas, barbecue areas, clubhouse, multi-purpose room, fitness rooms and a lazy river that winds through the beautifully landscaped grounds.
