Project Overview
This ambitious 13,000 square foot addition and renovation of the existing building included a new “cat hotel” with spacious, comfortable rooms for felines and their guests, a new wing for the HSU’s foster care program, new offices for the administrative staff, and an expansion of the clinic. It also included a canine wing facelift, as well as a makeover of the exterior facade and grounds.
Expanding and remodeling an existing, occupied structure required planning and orchestration. The work was performed in seven phases. The result is a contemporary, state-of-the-art facility that serves the animals and the animal-loving community.
