Project Overview
The Junction in Ogden, Utah, is a joint venture development project between Cowboy Partners and The Boyer Company. It is a mixed use development comprised of 29,538 square feet of retail space, and 82,991 square feet of residential space, totaling 93 units. The entire project consists of three buildings, all of which contain retail space on the main level. Two of the buildings vary between one- and two-levels of residential units above the retail. One building has four levels of residential space above the retail.
This $13.1 million project was completed in the summer of 2009 and represents completion of the Ogden City Junction Phase I Redevelopment project.
