Project Overview

Porter’s Crossing is a retail center located on Pony Express Parkway in Eagle Mountain, Utah.  The project consists, of a one-story “core and shell” building for a mid-box tenant of approximately 20,000 square feet, with an additional second story leaseable office space of approximately 9,500 square feet.  The building core improvements include an entrance on the ground floor with lobby area.  The second level also includes a core and lobby area.

Project was designed by Saltus Architecture and is on a site of approximately 3.4 Acres
