Project Overview
Located in the Sugarhouse retail area, Plaza 721 involved the complete exterior renovation of a shopping center. All of the shops remained fully operational during the renovation, therefore it was essential that customers visiting the retail center on a daily basis have safe and convenient access.
A large portion of Plaza 721 is situated above an underground parking garage. This required our project management team to be constantly mindful of equipment loads, and also necessitated the use of light-weight concrete so as to not create too much weight for the parking garage below.
