Project Overview
This attractive facility designed by Eaton Architecture consists of 10,000 square feet of retail space and is located in Sugarhouse, Utah. KIER Construction was challenged with a 110 day completion schedule from footings to finishes and this deadline was met. The tenant was required to relocate from their existing facility and be open for business at their new location on a fixed date. Construction commenced in August and our client was open for business in December.
