Project Overview
Located in rural Marriott-Slaterville near Ogden, Utah, this 9,000 sq ft senior center is the focal point of gatherings for the community. The center provides a commercial kitchen, 2,500 sq ft dining and gathering area, 3 project rooms and administrative offices. In addition, the city offices are located in the building and provide additional meeting and support functions. The building’s exterior follows the community’s desire for traditional forms and materials found in the community. The center also serves as the hub of the master planned adjacent park for community and senior activities.
