Qualified candidates must have 1 – 3 years of experience as a Project Engineer or a similar position in multi-unit or commercial construction.
Must have demonstrated leadership skills, excellent communication skills, good organizational and planning ability, the ability to work within a team atmosphere, and good computer skills. Construction Management degree preferred. Experience with Procore, Microsoft Project, Blubeam Revu, and Sage 300 software a plus. Enterprise Green Communities and/or LEED Certification also a plus.
Responsibilities include the following:
Maintain accurate and timely submittals and submittal logs. Maintain Change Order Logs. Develop and maintain CPM project schedules. Document Management. Maintain project schedules. Schedule construction meetings.
Assist with management of Subcontractors. Completion of project close-out documents. Assist with preparation of owner change orders. Assist with monthly applications for payment as required.
