KIER Construction was involved from the beginning of design. Since the Lotus apartments were to be a market rate product, it was essential to keep the budget under control. KIER Construction did a wonderful job of reviewing design development plans and suggesting ways to control the budget.
KIER Construction was responsible to build the Lotus apartments on a very tight site with little room to stage construction and restrictive conditions. For example, the building was built on the property line and was required to span an underground canal. They were able to coordinate, plan and construct in a professional manner that allowed them to complete the project on time.
