Taylor Gardens is a 55+ senior apartment community that was designed with future residents in mind. The property features centralized elevators, workout facility, convenient laundry rooms, peaceful landscaping, 24-hour emergency maintenance and convenient covered parking. The buildings, grounds and intreior decor is reminiscent of the Italian countryside in Tuscany. Amenities include high-end finishes, raised garden beds and relaxing reading rooms. Located at the doorstep of downtown Salt Lake City, it is conveniently located near the TRAX station with easy access to the great cultural center and services that the Wasatch Front has to offer.
This exciting new living environment consists of four separate buildings: one clubhouse/leasing office, one 3-story (26-unit) apartment building, and two 4-story (43 units each) apartment buildings. Seniors, victims of domestic violence, persons with disabilities, veterans and persons who are exiting homelessness can choose from well-appointed one- and two-bedroom residences.
