Project Overview
After winning the bid on this new Park City RV and storage facility, KIER went to work to complete the project within an aggressive four month construction schedule.
The 3.70 acre site lies adjacent to the first phase of Park City Storage and includes four, one-story buildings ranging in size from approximately 1,600 to 9,000 square feet. The buildings are slab on grade, with concrete reinforced masonry walls. West facing steel clad pop outs have acquired an intended coat of rust tying the structure to the area’s western mountain mining history. Other finishes include decorative EIFS pop outs, faux windows, eyebrow features, cultured stone and standing seam metal roofing. Native grasses, mountain landscaping and a detention pond complete this new self-storage facility.
