Marketplace Storage is an upscale storage facility well suited to its affluent surroundings. This $4.75 million building has 76,600 square feet, 466 individual storage units and one third of these units are climate controlled. The exterior is flush with aesthetic embellishments like turrets, decorative gables, a gleaming green metal roof and attractive landscaping. With its distinctive appearance, climate controlled storage, and onsite resident manager, Marketplace is well positioned to serve its nearby upscale clientele. A substantial customer waiting list was already in place by the time Marketplace Storage opened for business.
