Project Overview

This three story facility is a compilation of geometric shapes, industrial structural elements fashioned with various textures including corrugated metal panels, smooth metal panels and high performance glass.

Most of the units are climate controlled and a drive thru is available for customers to offload their storage inside the covered drive-thru breezeway. Two cargo elevators aid the transporting of goods to each floor. Security and surveillance systems constantly monitor the building and premises.
