Whispering Sands

Project Overview

The Whispering Sands 4 acre site consists of 48 units divided between 11 buildings. Units are available in one-, two- and three-bedroom flats and townhomes. This new affordable community will offer much needed housing to the workforce associated with area travel destinations such as Lake Powell. Tenants will be able to relax with their families in the solar heated, salt system swimming pool. Children’s recreation areas are equipped with play structures and a basketball court. The community building lives up to its name by offering a common kitchen, laundry facility and computer lab.
