Sunset Gardens

Project Overview

Sunset Gardens is a new Federally funded living environment is Midvale, Utah. This new 3-story, 82,628 square foot community offers 89 units comprised of  63 0ne-bedroom, 23 two-bedroom and 3 three-bedroom living spaces. The building also includes a leasing office, a community room and a fitness center. Site amenities are designed to support a mixed demographic of families and singles, including a small children’s playset, dog/pet areas and various scattered gathering spaces.
