Michael joined KIER Construction in 2002 and is currently serving as KIER’s Vice President of Preconstruction. Michael has extensive experience estimating various project types including, multi-family housing, retail, mixed-use developments, offices, automotive dealerships, hospitality, healthcare and industrial complexes.
Michael is responsible for overseeing KIER’s preconstruction services in the multi-unit group. In conjunction with his management duties, he also provides conceptual costs, constructability analysis, value-engineering, bid proposal analysis, bid packaging, schedule development, and site logistics planning for some of KIER’s most valued clients.
Michael holds a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Weber State University, in Ogden Utah class of 2003. He is certified as a LEED GA associate through the USGBC, and specializes in Energy Star, Enterprise Green and LEED building construction.
